About the Brewer --->
The journey of Eagle Bay Brewing Co. began thanks to third generation farming siblings Nick, Astrid and Adrian d’Espeissis and their collective love of great food, wine, freshly brewed beer and growing up by the Indian Ocean.
Eagle Bay Brewing Co. houses a microbrewery and restaurant located on the family farm in Eagle Bay, Western Australia. Overlooking Cape Naturaliste and the Indian Ocean rainwater is harvested for our freshly brewed beers and delicious seasonal ingredients grown in our garden to be served daily on our restaurant menu. Open everyday for all day grazing & pouring tasting taps of freshly brewed beer.
Our beers are handcrafted and brewed in small batches and made with only four ingredients; rainwater, malted barley, yeast and hops. We do not add any preservatives, additives or any nasty stuff to our brews and we source quality ingredients from around the globe to bring you full flavoured and freshly brewed beer to your glass.
